Workmanship & Materials Warranty (Tires)
Each manufacturer has its own warranty policies and procedures, and these supersede any general discussion here, but the important detail is The Tire Corral provides and honors the nationwide manufacturers’ warranties of all
major brands of tires. These warranties typically range
from 50,000 to 80,000 miles and cover manufacturing
defects and product failures. These warranties are provided
free of charge.
In accordance with general manufacturer requirements, any tires brought in for defects will be sent to the manufacturer for warranty review. Any credit issued to The Tire Corral will be passed on to the customer as soon as it is received. This process can take several weeks, as the manufacturers are seeking to reduce warranty abuse in an attempt to reduce costs and keep tire prices low at a time when raw materials are at an all time high. The credit received will be provided as store credit at The Tire Corral, and can be used toward any product or service.

Road Hazard Insurance
Road
Hazard Insurance assists you with unexpected expenses
incurred when your tire is damaged by debris or poor
road conditions. Only vandalism and improper care (low
air pressure, lack of alignment) are not covered. The
insurance covers a pro-rated replacement of the damaged
tire. If your tire is within the first 25% of its tread
life, your tire is replaced free of charge with a similar
tire. If the first 25% of tread life has been exceeded,
the customer receives a credit calculated by the percentage
of the remaining tread life of the damaged tire toward
the purchase of a replacement tire.
For Example
You buy a set of $200 tires with road hazard insurance.
Several weeks later, you run over some road debris and
destroy one tire. You bring the tire to The Tire Corral
where we measure the remaining tread life.

The Tire Corral offers a nationwide road hazard insurance honored by
thousands of tire dealers across the USA. This warranty
is a must have for many of our winter visitors and for
distance travelers.
We also offer a less expensive “in-house”
insurance that covers your tires with us. This warranty
is ideal for local residents who do most of their driving
in the Valley.
Road Hazard Insurance
is not available for off-road, large commercial or industrial
applications.
Alignment
Warranty
Your alignment is guaranteed for six months. Since your
alignment can be affected by daily driving, it is your
responsibility to bring the vehicle to our shop as soon
as you notice any pulling or any unusual tire wear.
Remember, we will always check your alignment for free,
and if it requires adjustment within six months there
will be no charge for the alignment. Keep in mind that
irregular tire wear due to alignment is not a warranty
item.
Service Warranty
All service work is guaranteed
for 6 months. Brake Pads and Shocks have warranties
based on the brand selection you make. |
